Sri Lanka, Jan. 5 -- The Industries and Entrepreneurship Development Ministry has announced that the registration of businesses, including export and manufacturing industries affected by Cyclone Ditwah, has resumed as its second phase.
The Ministry said that the re-registration process was initiated in response to requests from manufacturing and small-scale industrialists and will continue until January 16.
Authorities also said that a disaster relief allowance of Rs. 200,000 will be provided to small and medium-scale factories that have not yet registered with the Ministry, with distribution coordinated through the Divisional Secretariats of the relevant districts.
