Sri Lanka, Oct. 29 -- Browns EV has set a new benchmark in Sri Lanka's automotive industry with the successful delivery of over 100 brand-new BAW electric vehicles to their first owners.

The milestone event, held on October 21, 2025, at the Browns EV Delivery Yard in Grandpass, marks the largest-ever electric vehicle delivery in the country, highlighting Browns EV's leadership in advancing Sri Lanka's green mobility revolution.

Gracing the occasion as chief guests, LOLC Holdings PLC COO Kithsiri Gunawardena, LOLC Finance PLC Chairman Conrad Dias and Browns EV CEO Pavithra Jayasekara presented the keys to the first group of proud owners.
