Sri Lanka, Dec. 31 -- Sri Lanka's aviation sector recorded significant growth during the period from January to November 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024, reflecting a steady revival of the industry, the Ports and Civil Aviation Ministry said.
According to official data, international passenger movements reached 9.23 million during the first 11 months of 2025, marking a 15.20 per cent year-on-year increase. International aircraft movements also rose to 58,454, an increase of 14.64 per cent compared to the same period last year.
