Sri Lanka, July 18 -- An average Israeli tourist spends approximately 150 US Dollars which is a comparatively high amount, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism said.

Ministry officials told the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Economic Development and International Relations that though it is possible to calculate in general, there is no mechanism in place to navigate spending capacities based on the nationalities of the tourists.
