Colombo, May 3 -- A bold anti-corruption initiative has been officially launched at the Department of Motor Traffic (DMT), marking a significant step toward transparency and accountability in one of the country's most publicly accessed institutions, Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation Minister Bimal Rathnayake said.

Under the slogan "Zero Tolerance - No Bribing!", the campaign aims to eradicate long-standing corrupt practices that have plagued the DMT for years. In a major move, CCTV cameras are set to be installed within the next few weeks, providing real-time surveillance to monitor operations and deter illegal activities.
