Sri Lanka, Nov. 28 -- The funds allocated for disaster relief are not sufficient as at least Rs. 15 billion is needed for relief, especially for capital expenditure, MP Harsha de Silva told Parliament today.

"I am making this comment as the head of the Committee on Public Finance," he said, while highlighting that only Rs. 800 million has been allocated for capital expenditure at the moment.
