SriLanka, Jan. 3 -- Sixteen Sri Lankan apparel companies, including 12 small and medium enterprises (SMEs), will be promoting local apparel products at the UK's Source Fashion Exhibition this month.

The exhibition, which will be held from January 13-15 in London, UK, is one of the UK's leading sourcing platforms.

It attracts more than 1,000 British and European retailers and buyers annually, including top brands like Tesco, ASOS and John Lewis.

New trade openings under the UK's Developing Countries Trading Scheme, will allow Sri Lankan apparel exporters to showcase quality products and build partnerships across the UK and Europe.
