New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, the AWS panel on AI adoption focused less on hype and more on execution. Leaders from Amazon Web Services (AWS) spoke about what it really takes to move India closer to its Digital India 2047 vision.

The message was simple. India's AI story will be decided by how well it executes at scale.

One of the strongest points raised was about scale. In India, a so called pilot can involve 30 to 50 million users. In many other countries, that would be considered a full national rollout.

That changes the expectations from day one.
