New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Happiest Minds Technologies is a small-sized IT services company promoted by Ashok Soota. It was set to debut today after its Rs 702-crore IPO issue last week. The company has fixed the final issue price at Rs 166 per share, the upper end of the price band of Rs 165-166.

Experts had estimated a bumper listing of 50 to 94% above the final issue price, according to Moneycontrol . But well, the IPO saw a rise of 130% on its opening day.
