Mumbai, Feb. 21 -- Volkswagen India has launched the Tayron R-Line in India at an introductory price of Rs. 46.99 lakh, ex-showroom. Positioned as the brand's new flagship SUV, the Tayron R-Line combines performance, luxury, and advanced technology in a three-row format.

The Tayron R-Line is powered by a 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine that produces 201bhp and 320Nm of torque. It is paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission and Volkswagen's 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system. The SUV also gets multiple drive modes to suit different driving conditions.
