Srinagar, Sept. 24 -- Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, who is also Mentor Secretary for Kupwara, today visited Kupwara to inspect development projects being executed in the district besides assessing working of various government institutions there.Principal Secretary was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Doifode Sagar Dattatray and other concerned officers during the visit.Principal Secretary inspected High Density Orchard cum Nursery at Chowgul.
