India, July 9 -- The Government of Maharashtra has expanded its Mahadialysis programme by opening the 60th dialysis centre at the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) in Dharni, Amravati. The Mahadialysis programme, designed to provide comprehensive dialysis services free of charge to all state residents, is expected to significantly ease the financial burden on patients in Dharni and neighbouring areas.

This expansion marks an important step in bringing affordable and essential medical care to one of Maharashtra's most remote and underserved areas.
