India, Jan. 29 -- Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in India with the Telangana State Chapter of the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) to trainresidents, post-graduates, and early career surgeons in open and laparoscopy procedures using new- age technologies via collaborative skill- building training programs.

The collaboration aims to strengthen surgical capabilities by providing focused training in minimally invasive surgery, combining Medtronic's technological expertise with ASI Telangana's academic and clinical leadership.
