Singapore, Nov. 20 -- The Ministry of Health and Prevention(MoHAP), United Arab Emirates (UAE) represented by the National Centre to Regulate Human Organs and Tissues Transplantation, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Police to support the National Programme for Donation and Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissue, "Hayat".

The agreement aims to transform the organ donation system by establishing a pioneering model of institutional integration, developing highly efficient rapid-response mechanisms for emergency cases, and enhancing safety and transparency in procedures to save as many lives as possible.
