Dhaka, Nov. 15 -- The Rapid Action Battalion has arrested three individuals, including the key suspect, in connection with the murder of a mobile phone technician at Chattogram's Enayet Bazar.

On Saturday, the elite force said "the man was lured out and killed in a premeditated manner."

The arrests were made on Friday night during raids at port city's Chandanaish and Kotwali.

The three arrestees are prime suspect Md Sani, 24, his brother Md Yusuf, 35, and Shakil Alam Faisal, 26.

On Saturday, Lt Col Md Towhidul Islam said at a media briefing at RAB-7's Chandgaon camp that immediately after the murder, Sani had gone into hiding at his uncle's house in Chandanaish's Rowshan Haat, where he was arrested.
