Dhaka, Dec. 25 -- Police have announced a reward for information leading to the arrest of the arsonists who burned the house of a Hindu man in Raozan, which was found locked from outside.

Chattogram Range Deputy Inspector General Ahsan Habib Palash made the announcement during a visit to the affected house at Sultanpur on Wednesday.

The attack occurred on Tuesday morning at the house of Sukh Sheel, an expatriate living in Qatar.

His sister and her husband live in the house along with their family.

Police seized banners containing names and mobile numbers of political personalities and government officials from the scene of the arson attack.
