India, March 9 -- Kia India's domestic sales surged 23.89% year-on-year in February 2025, reaching 25,026 units. The standout contributor to this growth was the recently introduced Kia Syros, which accounted for 5,425 units of the total sales and amassed over 20,000 bookings in its first month. Customers showed a clear preference for the higher-end variants, which made up 46% of the bookings, while 38% opted for the automatic transmission options. The Syros is priced between Rs 8.99 lakh and Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Although the Kia Sonet continued to be the brand's top seller, it saw a 16.52% year-on-year dip, with 7,598 units sold.
