New Delhi, May 20 -- The rugged spirit of the Renault 4 EV hatch has taken shape in the form of the Savane 4X4 Concept. The show car is designed for the modern-day 'gentleman explorer, which means it targets adventurous and style-conscious drivers who prefer both off-road ability and refined design. It keeps the Renault 4's design while introducing several key enhancements, the most significant of which is perhaps a dual electric motor powertrain. The addition of a second electric motor on the rear axle enables a full-time all-wheel drive.
