New Delhi, March 25 -- Porsche India has revealed the price of the rear-wheel drive (RWD) Taycan at Rs 1.67 crore (ex-showroom). This new variant is Rs 24 lakh cheaper than the Taycan 4S and Rs 87 lakh lower than the Turbo. With this, Porsche aims to expand its presence in India's EV market. The India-spec Taycan RWD comes with an 89kWh (gross) battery pack, which is smaller than the 105kWh unit in the Taycan 4S and Turbo. This results in a WLTP range of 503-590km per charge, lower than the 4S's 549-642km range.
