India, Oct. 3 -- Porsche India has recalled 158 Panameras over a potential safety issue that could increase the risk of injury in the event of a crash. Check if your car's affected.
SAVWIPL has issued a voluntary recall for 158 Porsche Panameras due to a potential safety issue. The cars affected by this recall were manufactured between July 19, 2023 and September 2, 2025. The reason for this recall has been stated as a production error, wherein the cabling for the crash sensors in the door panels has been incorrectly placed. This could cause a delay in triggering the side airbags in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Porsche is expected to reach out to owners of the affected cars, and carry out the required procedures....
