New Delhi, July 2 -- Ferrari pulled the covers off its new Amalfi coupe, introducing it as the successor to the Roma. The Amalfi steps in as the brand's refreshed entry-level grand tourer, offering updated design and performance enhancements over its predecessor. The Ferrari model uses a revised 3.85-litre twin-turbo V8 from the F154 series, now producing 631bhp at 7,500rpm with a 7,600rpm redline. Engine weight has been trimmed using lighter camshafts and a redesigned block, while low-viscosity oil is used for better cold-start performance. A flat-plane crankshaft, twin-scroll system, and low-inertia turbines contribute to sharper throttle response.
