New Delhi, June 20 -- Mercedes-Benz has issued a safety recall in India for its premium models, including the S-Class and Maybach S-Class (petrol), the AMG SL (petrol), the GLC-Class (both petrol and diesel), and the electric EQS, due to a potential fire risk. The recall affects a total of 30 units, comprising 16 EQS electric vehicles produced between July 19, 2023, and April 8, 2024, and nine S-Class and Maybach S-Class petrol versions, built between July 22, 2023, and March 20, 2024.
