New Delhi, Feb. 26 -- Suzuki has revealed its mid-term plan for FY2025-FY2030, with a focused strategy to boost the growth of its subsidiary, Maruti Suzuki, in India. The plan focuses on the introduction of four electric vehicles by 2030, marking a major shift for Maruti Suzuki toward sustainable mobility. The first EV to launch in India will be the e Vitara, which was showcased at the most recent Auto Expo. While details of other upcoming EVs are under wraps, industry sources suggest that the e Vitara will be followed by an affordable hatchback and an MPV, allowing Maruti Suzuki to expand its electric vehicle options for a wider audience.
