India, Sept. 23 -- KTM has confirmed that it will not increase ex-showroom prices for its 390cc lineup, including the Duke, Adventure, and RC models, despite the higher GST imposed on motorcycles above 350cc. The new GST classifies motorcycles above 350cc as luxury goods, increasing the tax rate to 40%. Previously, these models were subject to a 28% GST plus a 3% cess, totaling 31%. While many high-end motorcycle prices have climbed since the revised GST took effect on September 22, 2025, KTM has opted to absorb the additional cost rather than pass it on to customers.
