India, Dec. 6 -- KTM has announced a global recall for several motorcycles in its 390 line due to a possible engine stall issue linked to the new 399 cc single-cylinder platform. The recall covers the 2024-2026 KTM 390 Duke and the 2025-2026 390 Enduro R, 390 SMC R, 390 Adventure R and 390 Adventure X sold in international markets. KTM says internal tests showed the engine could stall at low rpm or while slowing down, which may cause a loss of drive in city traffic or slow off-road sections. This can also lead to a tip-over during tight turns or U-turns. The recall is a preventive step to reduce low-speed issues.
