New Delhi, April 16 -- Kia has introduced a new AI voice assistant in Europe to enhance the driving and user experience. The system understands natural language and context, aiming to deliver more human-like and accurate responses to voice commands. It will continue to improve through Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, allowing seamless upgrades in intelligence and functionality without requiring any action from the driver or a visit to the dealership.
This OTA capability will also enable Kia to upgrade the voice recognition systems in its latest electric vehicles, such as the EV3, via the connected car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) platform.
