New Delhi, May 8 -- Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India will soon launch the new CBR650R E-Clutch variant, following the earlier release of the updated CBR650R and CB650R in January. A teaser shared on Honda's social media confirms the model's arrival, with a design closely matching the existing CBR650R. So far, Indian riders have only had access to the 6-speed manual version. The new E-Clutch technology, first unveiled in October 2023, combines features from quick-shifters, manual clutches, and Honda's Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). It adds just 2 kg to the bike's weight and enables clutchless gear shifts while allowing manual clutch control, offering improved riding ease without sacrificing control.
