Nepal, April 1 -- The Ministry of Finance has removed the age limit required for appointments in its subordinate agencies.

Previously, there was a minimum age limit of 30 years and a maximum age limit of 65 years for appointments under the ministry. However, this age limit has now been scraped out. The government has made the second amendment to the Criteria for the Appointment and Nomination of Officials and Members of Public Bodies Affiliated to the Ministry of Finance, 2073.
