India, Aug. 2 -- Suzuki is bringing back the GSX-R1000R to the UK and Europe in 2026. Marking 40 years of the GSX-R series, the new model also complies with Euro 5 emission norms, making it ready for sale across European markets from next year. The 999cc inline-four engine has been updated to meet emission rules without losing output. It now delivers 192bhp and 110Nm of torque. Suzuki has made several internal changes to make this possible. These include new injectors, camshafts, valves, pistons, and crankshafts. The valve lift curve has been revised, and the cam chain is wider. The exhaust system has also been changed, with new catalytic converters in place.
