New Delhi, Nov. 5 -- Ducati has introduced the 2026 Hypermotard V2 at EICMA 2025 in Milan, marking the next phase for its supermoto-inspired motorcycle line-up. The model replaces the outgoing Hypermotard 950 and debuts an 890cc V-twin engine that represents a major shift in the company's engineering direction. Ducati has replaced its traditional desmodromic valve system with a conventional sprung valve arrangement, a decision aimed at aligning with the brand's newer V-twin platform used across multiple models. This transition simplifies manufacturing processes, enables shared component use, and improves long-term efficiency across middleweight products.
