New Delhi, March 24 -- MG has rolled out the 2025 Comet EV in the Indian market, with a starting price of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Customers also have the option to opt for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, which incurs a usage cost of Rs 2.5/km instead of purchasing the battery outright. Additionally, the company has refined the feature set to enhance the vehicle's comfort and safety quotient. The updated EV is available in five trims: Executive, Excite, Excite Fast Charge, Exclusive, and Exclusive Fast Charging.
