DIPHU, Dec. 13 -- Massive protests are continuing against the controversial Citizenship (Amendment) Act in the Karbi Anglong Autonomous district. Processions and torchlight rallies have been brought out in places like Diphu, Baithalangso, Bokajan, Howraghat, Bakalia etc., in which thousands of people have participated.

One Bolero vehicle was wrecked by protesters in Dengaon. Except in Diphu, government offices remained closed today. Vehicular traffic remained off the roads on NH-37 and NH-39.
