Guwahati, Oct. 10 -- Delhi, India's capital and one of the most air-polluted metropolises in the world, has in recent months seen a slight improvement in the quality of air. Apparently, out of 273 days till September this year the number of 'good, satisfactory and moderate' days of pollution were 165 against 104 in 2016. The NDA Government at the Centre, as it is wont to do with all else, has rushed in to take credit for the increase in number of days of 'improved' air quality.
