Guwahati, Oct. 10 -- Delhi, India's capital and one of the most air-polluted metropolises in the world, has in recent months seen a slight improvement in the quality of air. Apparently, out of 273 days till September this year the number of 'good, satisfactory and moderate' days of pollution were 165 against 104 in 2016. The NDA Government at the Centre, as it is wont to do with all else, has rushed in to take credit for the increase in number of days of 'improved' air quality. Equally naturally, Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken umbrage at Union Minister for Environment and Forests Prakash Javadekar trying to take credit for this and a verbal war of words has polluted Delhi's air in recent days.
