Port Louis, May 23 -- : India has provided the second consignment of essential medical supplies including 10 tonnes of Ayurvedic medicine to Mauritius amid coronavirus crisis.

Mauritius Health Minister Kailesh Jagutpal received the second consignment of essential medical supplies from India.

The High Commission of India said in a statement that an Indian Medical Assistance Team has also arrived onboard INS Kesari to work with the Mauritius health authorities through mutual sharing of experience and expertise.

"The second consignment of essential medical supplies from India arrived today in Port Louis aboard INS Kesari. Minister for Health, Dr. Kailesh Jagutpal received the consignment on behalf of Government of Mauritius," the statement ...
