New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- : The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) on Wednesday signed a pact with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to launch Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) programme to foster strong skill and development outcomes in district economies.

IIMB Director G Raghuram signed the contract in presence of R Subrahmanyam, Secretary at the Department of Higher Education at the Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Junaid Ahmad, Country Director at the World Bank, and officials from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
