In an apparent reference tio BJP poll strategist and union Home Minister Amit Shah was was expected to visit the State to discuss about expanding the NDA alliance, headed by the main opposition AIADMK, Mr Stalin declared whichever Shah comes and devise any number of plans, Tamil Nadu is always out of control for Delhi.
