New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police busted a gang which was supplying large quantities of heroin across Delhi-NCR and recovered 1.504 kilograms of contraband worth approximately Rs 7.5 crore in an overnight operation near the Bhopura border.

Three accused, including a husband-wife duo and a key receiver, have been arrested in the case.

Acting on specific intelligence inputs, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of the Crime Branch laid a trap after developing information that a consignment was being transported from Bareilly towards Delhi in a WagonR car under the guise of a family travelling at night.
