Jakarta, April 30 -- The Youth and Sports Ministry has disbursed Rp210 billion (approximately US$12.6 million) in the second phase of the government's assistance program for numerous national sports federations.

Youth and Sports Minister Dito Ariotedjo stated that this funding aims to enhance the potential achievements of Indonesian athletes competing in the SEA Games in Thailand, scheduled for December 9-20, 2025.

"This second phase of government assistance targets sports that will be contested at the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand, as well as those with potential in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games," he said in Jakarta on Wednesday.
