Jakarta, April 13 -- Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Rini Widyantini stated that women's leadership is not just a complementary aspect but a main pillar in driving change towards achieving the vision of Golden Generation 2045.

"Woman leadership is a collaborative strength that unites competencies, empathy, and a focus on change," she said during the gathering of the Indonesian Women's High Leadership Forum (Ikatan PIMTI Perempuan Indonesia) on Friday (April 11), as quoted from the ministry's statement here on Saturday.

She explained that in women's role is emphasized in the 2025-2029 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN).
