Jakarta, Nov. 12 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka highlighted the importance of collaborative work between the central and regional governments to reduce the national stunting rate to 14.2 percent by 2029.
He conveyed this while opening the 2025 National Coordination Meeting on Accelerating Stunting Reduction in Jakarta on Wednesday.
"We need collaboration on this program. The key is synergy between the central and regional governments," Gibran emphasized.
According to him, the effort to accelerate stunting reduction involves all elements, ranging from the government and institutions to integrated health posts (Posyandu) and the Family Empowerment and Welfare team (PKK).
