Jakarta, Feb. 17 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka considers the Free Health Check (CKG) program is essential as an initial step in the early detection of public health conditions.

"This health check is very essential because it is a step for early detection," Vice President Raka stated after inspecting the implementation of the CKG program at the Cempaka Putih Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Central Jakarta on Monday.

Raka stated that the government can effectively monitor the types of medications needed by detecting public health conditions.
