Jakarta, Dec. 4 -- Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka called for accelerated infrastructure recovery, including roads and bridges, to support fuel distribution following the flash floods and landslides in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra.

After visiting the evacuation post in Agam District, West Sumatra, he continued his working visit by helicopter to South Tapanuli on Thursday, where he visited two other evacuation posts in Garoga Village and Batu Hula Village.

Upon his arrival, he chatted with refugees and listened to their complaints.
