Jakarta, March 18 -- Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka emphasized the need for Indonesian teachers to engage with and embrace artificial intelligence (AI), asserting that this approach is vital to keeping pace with swift technological advancements.
"We cannot afford to lag behind. It is crucial that we all, including teachers, immediately adapt to this technology because its development is rapid," he told teachers.
Speaking while reviewing a workshop and trial of AI learning at Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Senior High School in Bogor District, West Java, on Tuesday, Gibran asserted that incorporating AI into school curricula is necessary to boost the productivity and creativity of Indonesia's young talents.
