Jakarta, Dec. 11 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka on Thursday called for a full investigation into a van accident involving the Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG/Free Nutritious Meals) program at Kalibaru 01 Public Elementary School in Cilincing, North Jakarta.

The accident occurred when a replacement driver, identified by the initials AI, reportedly experienced brake failure while on an incline. AI believed he was pressing the brake pedal but instead accidentally stepped on the accelerator.
