Abu Dhabi, Jan. 13 -- Cooperatives Minister Ferry Juliantono stated that the Red and White Village Cooperatives program is designed as a solution for job scarcity faced by the community, especially the younger generation.
While presiding over a Ministry of Cooperatives meeting in Bogor, West Java, on Monday, he explained that current labor market conditions have made it difficult for many young people, particularly Generation Z, to access stable career opportunities.
To address this, he noted that the village cooperatives program is designed to create new economic spaces at the grassroots level, including through cooperative business units and the creation of more inclusive local jobs.
