Jakarta, Feb. 4 -- Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka directly reviewed the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meals program in two schools in Depok City, West Java, on Tuesday, ensuring that the food initiative genuinely benefits pupils.

In its statement received in Jakarta, the Vice Presidential Secretariat noted that Gibran first visited the Public Junior High School (SMPN) 11 of Depok, where he observed students enjoying the meal packages served, containing rice, katsu chicken, Chinese cabbage, oranges, and milk.

"We have witnessed that the pupils have a good appetite for today's menu, and we are always receptive to any feedback. A team from the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has been put on standby here," Gibran remarked.
