Denpasar, Bali, Dec. 14 -- The body of an unidentified woman, believed to be a foreign national, was evacuated on Sunday after she was found dead following flooding in Bali.

The Bali Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) said the evacuation took place in a trench on a street in Tibubeneng Village, Badung District, where the victim had become trapped.

Basarnas Bali head I Nyoman Sidakarya said the victim's identity has not yet been confirmed, as no identification was found. The body was taken to RSUP Prof. Ngoerah Hospital for further examination.

He said his office received a report of the incident at 8:05 a.m. local time and immediately dispatched personnel from its Jimbaran office.
