Jakarta, Sept. 21 -- Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres considers Indonesia a special partner of the UN, according to Indonesia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Umar Hadi.

This was conveyed by Guterres to Hadi while the new Indonesian representative was handing over his letter of credentials at the UN Secretariat Building in New York on Friday (September 19).

Hadi, during a press briefing at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York on Saturday (September 20) evening, said that the UN continues to monitor Indonesia's active role in supporting multilateral system reform ideas.
