Tangerang, Banten, Feb. 21 -- Two Indonesian citizens sustained gunshot injuries to their legs after enduring captivity and torture in Myanmar, according to Indonesia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The two individuals were among 46 victims of human trafficking repatriated by the government via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten, on Thursday night.

"There are no physical disabilities, but they have gunshot wounds in their legs," said the ministry's Director of Protection of Indonesian Citizens and Legal Entities, Judha Nugraha, on Friday.
